     On September 26th, Anpin marked another significant milestone—the groundbreaking ceremony for the new project of annual production of 50,000 tons of silicone resin, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and silicone-modified materials was held in Yunxi District, Yueyang City.

Qiu Hong, member of the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, head of the United Front Work Department, and first secretary of the Party Committee of Yueyang Green Chemical Industry High-tech Development Zone; Zhou Hong, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of China National Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd.; Jiang Chunyan, deputy secretary of the Yunxi District Committee, head of the district government, and Party Committee secretary of Yueyang Green Chemical Industry High-tech Development Zone; Xue Dongwu, deputy secretary of the Yunxi District Committee, deputy head of the Party Committee of the Green Chemical Industry High-tech Development Zone, and director of the Management Committee; Yang Jianqin, deputy head of the Yunxi District government, were invited to attend the ceremony.

She proposed that the completion and production of the new project for the annual production of 50,000 tons of silicone resin, pressure-sensitive adhesive, and silicone-modified materials would effectively promote the development of Yueyang's modern petrochemical industry, connecting and extending the industrial chain, strengthening the cluster, and adding new momentum and vitality to accelerating the construction of the entire industrial chain from "oil head to new materials tail."

The construction of the factory will not only enhance production capacity and promote industrial upgrading, but also create a large number of job opportunities for the local area, and promote the comprehensive development of the economy and society.

        The new project for the production of 50,000 tons per year of silicone resins, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and silicone-modified materials is located in Lucheng Town, Yunxi District, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. To the north, there is a rural cement road, to the west is the G0421 Xuguan Expressway, to the east is an existing factory building, and to the south is the planned Wanmu He and Sheng factory buildings. The total land area of the project is 63,951.68 square meters. Of this, the first phase covers an area of 52,288.8 square meters, with a construction area of 25,901.17 square meters, which includes the construction of a comprehensive building (including a DCS room), one Class C warehouse, three Class A workshops, three Class A warehouses, production facilities for silicone resins and pressure-sensitive adhesives, storage tank areas, electrical transformers, utility stations, fire-fighting water pumps, wastewater treatment facilities, and related auxiliary and supporting equipment and facilities. The second phase covers an area of 11,662.88 square meters, mainly for the construction of Class A workshops and supporting equipment, DCS systems, comprehensive utility facilities, auxiliary production facilities, and the acquisition of production equipment.
